Samsung announced that the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and Samsung Galaxy Mega devices will also update with the Premium Suite software, to get Android 4.3 and Galaxy Gear support, within a few months.

Is S4 mini GT-I9192ZWAINU MHL compatible?

How to stream video from S4 mini GT-I9192ZWAINU to TV set using MHL/HDMI/USB?
I dont have a Samsung TV set, hence solution should be workable on all TVs having HDMI /USB port. The specification sheet on Samsung India website does not say anything about the compatibility with HDMI/ MHL. If S4 Mini is MHL compatible then I can use MHL to HDMI adaptor. Please confirm MHL compatibility.

I can confirm that MHL and USB connectivity does NOT work on the S4 Mini.

Galay gear working with MK5 update

Updated my Verizon mini to the latest update. Connected the Galaxy Gear and everything worked perfectly.

I've read this story before,please look this topic date time october 28 2013.Galaxy gear compatible already came 4.2.2 update. I think android 4.3 dont rolling out s4 mini.I will waiting 4.4.2 kitkat in march or april.
