Can you give it a try ?
Flash stock K1 root it by the old method. Copy systemUI.apk and SystemUI.odex to some folder.

Now flash the S5mods. You ll come up with the keyguardtest activity fc loop. I know it's much annoying n may take a few minutes.

copy the SystemUI.apk and SystemUI.odex that yu had copied earlier to the system/app and replace them. Reboot.

Report if it works.

I have taken a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SystemUI.apk. The build.prop hack doesn't provide the right effect and colors.
Sorry to spoil the fun, but chances that it works are" slim to none".
I insist that the Keyguard-related error is because I added the S5 Keyguard.apk to replace the stock lockscreen.
But I'm still a human being; far from know-it-all and perfect. Try replacing Keyguard.apk with the NK1 original and see.

Please do, urgently, what Aditya_Butterfly said, but also copy Keyguard.apk and Keyguard.odex.

P.S. I am not exactly sure it is Keyguard.apk or KeyguardActivity.apk. Look for an APK in /system/app OR /system/priv-app with Keyguard in its name. There should only be one.
@Rahul10 Please do it and tell me.

Thanks Aditya and Waseem, Unfortunately I have purchased RedMi Note now (as my Grand 2 has fallen and screen broke). I cannot try these things now :(

Dear @amir.asopas,

Try this:

For the Music app, please wipe its data and try again.
For the Camera, restore stock firmware, open the old Camera, change the front camera's resolution to 0.3 MP and flash the mod. Sorry for not mentioning that.
For Bluetooth, open the notification panel, press once BUT DO NOT HOLD the Bluetooth icon. The panel will close and a Bluetooth popup will show, allowing you to use Bluetooth.
For the other bugs, I'm still investigating them. They may never be fixed, however.

We call "Unfortunately, XXXX has stopped." a Force Close (or FC for short).

It didnt worked... on NH6 as well for me....

dont know whats the issue but after install, it reboots and stucks on SAMSUNG logo for long time... nothing happens.
Please let me know the compatible recovery for NH6 as well, if it is creating problem. coz the TWRP is not getting installed on NH6. ( Itries with CWM)

Bro this version works on nh6 it is build on nh6 and its personaly check by me n wassem.. U should clear data in twrp and try again

yes it worked now... I downgraded from K1 to NH6 and then installed.... Im happy to have this mod on my Grand 2 now... :) :)

But, after installing NH6 and then rooting I found that you do not again need to wipe and clear cache, when I factory reset it did not installed, and when after rooting simply I installed this mode then it worked...


anyways it installed finely... thanks to all
