Hey does anyone else notice the small space between the outer rubber of the phone and the screen. It is especially evident in the corners. I have seen little things like sand fall in and it looks hard to clean out.
rinse it off; soap works well. i had sand and dirt in there; soapy water when i washed up got rid of it. same thing if you have a glass screen protector, or a cover, like i do. any crevices dirt/debris/etc will stick in there. its 2016 and its an Active; just rinse it off :good:Hey does anyone else notice the small space between the outer rubber of the phone and the screen. OK, so it works but the edge of the case is right up against the screen protector (I always remove the built-in protector on Defender cases). It makes me nervous that it may push the protector up a little though there is no evidence of that happening yet. Since I only use it for short periods of time I'm going to continue using it. If this was my full time case I would reconsider that.Does the otterbox case work well with the screen protector you have on already?
Thanks for the info still considering getting it.OK, so it works but the edge of the case is right up against the screen protector (I always remove the built-in protector on Defender cases). Since it's an AT&T exclusive you can probably take it to your nearest AT&T corporate store and they should be able to track the rightful owner with the IMEI.Hey, my friend found a Galaxy s7 active and gave up on trying to get past the google verification. It's now mine and I am on the verge of giving up also. Is there anyway to get past this?

Nope... return it to its rightful owner and he'll be able to get past it.Hey, my friend found a Galaxy s7 active and gave up on trying to get past the google verification. It's now mine and I am on the verge of giving up also. Is there anyway to get past this?
Try and find out. I'm not interested in trying because of engineering kernel. Will the current rooting method on the s7/s7e work for us?

do NOT try that; firmware is different, hardware (active button) is different. dev buddy tried several times and all he managed to do was brick 2 units.I'm curious if we can flash a non-Active firmware on here. I'd like to get my hands on a non-AT&T firmware so I can have a sticking setting for disabling LTE.
That's what I figured. Ah well.do NOT try that; firmware is different, hardware (active button) is different. dev buddy tried several times and all he managed to do was brick 2 units.
Did he, by chance, try to flash the eng kernel that allows root?do NOT try that; firmware is different, hardware (active button) is different. dev buddy tried several times and all he managed to do was brick 2 units.
not sure but i would assume so; his intention was to achieve root.Did he, by chance, try to flash the eng kernel that allows root?

I was told you can and worst case scenario is a soft brick. Imo not worth the Hassel if not a daily driver.Did he, by chance, try to flash the eng kernel that allows root?
