Delete old SNote folder.Put this one to system/app.Set all correct permissions and do a reboot!

Delete old keyboard, copy new keyboard to system/app
Open system/etc/floating_feature.xml search:
<SEC_FLOATING_FEATURE_SIP_CONFIG_PREDICTION_ENGINE>XT9</SEC_FLOATING_FEATURE_SIP_CONFIG_PREDICTION_ENGINE>
Change XT9 to SWIFTKEY ! Done

First I installed a third party keyboard, then I did these steps and rebooted. Samsung kept on force closing. I had to manually update keyboard once more to get ot working, which it does now...

you may forget to rename the folder and apk to 'SamsungIMEv4' and make sure that you have deleted old folder and set permission for all things.

Manually install new keyboard apk as update after process with floating xml. That did it for me...
