S7 FRP locked with Oreo 8.0

Search This thread
Hi all.
Got given the mother in-laws old samsung S7 for my eldest daughter. So not having had a stock samsung phone myself for quite sometime, booted into recovery to factory reset the phone and have now found myself with a FRP lock.
I've made an attempt at following some of the FRP quides but it does seem Oreo is far more locked down then previous versions.

Does anyone have any details or Is there any quide that works with Oreo? or is it just easier to just contact the in-laws and ask for their google credentials?

Cheers.

Should have removed Google account before doing that.

Cheers for the reply, My phone doesn't have the emergency call option, is there another way?
Phone is currently running G930FXXU8ETI2 firmware.
I understand i can't downgrade but would flashing the latest firmware, G930FXXU8EVG3, help?
Are you sure you took out the SIM?
If so, show the screen from the stage as in the 24th minute of the movie.

You give a link to the S7 Edge version, in the S7 (not Edge) section.
The proven method for the S7 is:

Samsung Galaxy S7 Android 8.0.0 How to FRP Bypass Google Account Lock

Turn the device on im presented with the start page, going through each step to connect to wifi up to the login in page telling me the device is locked. Pressing the back button to return to the start page and there is no emergency dialer option at the bottom.

If i press 3 times at the bottom of the screen i can enter the qr code setup, swiping up from the bottom of the screen in the QR code reader promts me to install samsung pay. Pressing the back button returns me to the start page, still no emergency dialer.

Do you still need help in unlocking your device?

Flash by Odin this firmware and repeat procedure.

Or your csc region firmware.
I'll try the one you posted, as i believe my csc version is already on the phone.
Any additional setting i should check in odin? what version of odin should i use?

Got it,

that worked, had the emergency dialer option come up and FRP cleared using the SAMFW tool.

much appreciate the help, do you think its an Australian firmware version difference that doesn't show the emergency dialer?
I do not have experience.

Flash the firmware from the Australian region, lock the phone with a google account and apply the unlocking procedure.
