Is there a guide somewhere in this thread for getting dual SIM working? I'm not trying to use SD card and dual SIM, just dual SIM on its own.
The IMEI number for SIM slot 2 is 00000000000000
I'm fairly sure when I first flashed this ROM, both SIM slots had proper IMEI numbers, but now I've got round to trying to get dual SIM working, slot 2 no longer has a proper IMEI.

I have the FD dual SIM . I don't use 2 Sims I have SD card in that slot. But I have checked and do have 2 different IMEI numbers. Did you flash the latest firmware before installing the custom ROM. Unfortunately I can't say if the second slot actually works.

It's most clear in the changelog: "Note FE N935FXXU6CSK1 Android Pie Firmware"

IE: Samsung.

It's based on Samsung stock firmware, ported from the Galaxy Note FE, which has fairly similar hardware to the S7.
It's the most stable ROM by miles that I've tried on this phone. I've had nothing but problems with LOS based ROMS on the S7, and LOS is usually my go to custom ROM on all my devices.
Only thing that doesn't work for me is the fingerprint sensor, which I think just doesn't work at all on this ROM, and the dual SIM feature, which I think normally does work.

That's a shame it's such a good ROM . I don't think I'll be moving to android 10 as the sound issue don't seam to be sorted . This ROM is stable give all round performance. And the WiFi is solid. As much as I get the "upgrade" bug reliably is key . Sorry it's the last but you did a really good job thank you.

Any idea on how to record calls on this rom?i tried using acr call recorder which used to work fine before switching to this rom but it doesnt work anymore no matter which settings i use. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

The latest ROM allready has an included Call recorder right in to the interface of the Calling app. During a call, when you pick up or other picks up will appear 3 dots on the top right of the calling App (Samsung Call), there you will find in the menu Record this call (or something similar).

interesting, did you have to do anything to get it working? did you already have your fingerprint saved using a previous rom, then flashed this one over it?
I just get told to check the sensor is clean and not obstructed whenever i try to add a fingerprint.
i've only had fingerprints working on lineage based roms, i had assumed that all NFE based roms were the same story.

Did TWRP ask to install the app on reboot? If so reinstall and don't alow it to install the TWRP app. Would be helpful if you outlined the install process you did and what you flashed.

Actually after every internal storage wipe I turn off the twrp app

Try installing the ROM from internal memory. Not the sd card
