S8+ G955F How to get back to a stock rom

Hello xda community,
I have a very big problem with my S8+ G955F. I've tried to flash back to stock rom but my phone doesn't accept the stock rom. I have installed the project alice custom rom and downloaded the stock rom from updato. I really appreciate every kind of help.
