Is it possible to install this TouchWiz Home on a Galaxy S6 ? I have cleared the memory and cache but it gives an error saying package with the same name already exists.

after installing s8 launcher some of my apps and even folders doubled in my home screen ad I cannot delete or remove them, anybody know how can I do that? I am using s7 with all apps enabled min home screen

Just installed the S8 launcher on my S6 Edge (SM-G925F) running XEU Nougat with no issues.

I use the "Material Design theme from the store which has stayed in place though there is a "Reapply" button and a warning that "The content might not be available in higher system software version"

I've chosen not to press the button as it seems to be working fine.

YEP IT DOES WORK AFTER WIPING DATA. NICE AND SMOOTH Still old icons though.

did flash this directly as an update, did not see any crash even i did not do any wipe cache or data, but i see a little folder size shrinking, is it normal? i can see inside folders the programs icon are even smaller than they were before, is it because i did not a wipe cache/data of the touchwiz? thanks in advance

works flawless on my s7 edge nougat non rooted though knox is tripped.

Knox didn't to in mine... It also installed fine as well. Although I think Bixby is deaf

Clear application data

I use nova after installing the apk I can't get it to work app force close on me I'm back to nova launcher however I lost the touchwiz launcher I try installing again and nothing appreciate some help thanks.

I also use Nova Launcher, had the same problem. Go into the application settings for Touchwiz Home and select Clear Data. After backing out back to Nova, you can then select the new Touchwiz as your default launcher. It worked well for me.

Had this touchwise for about 2 days on my s7, but did notice that the backlight of the screen never went to sleep, i had to manually press the Power on button to turn screen off.Beside that i had unistalled this so im now at my stock one.My question is now that im again in stock touchwise i go to applications and cant find touchwise app in the list...how to get it back? My phone is fully working, but im just asking before installin s8 touchwise the icon was there...

It's all there, but when you install s8 launcher, it's not other app, it's a update, and I will not use nothing else, like this swiping down or up, couple more settings, it works very good no issues here.

The problem is that now when i try reinstalling i get the message : An application with the same name is already installed, and since i cant see nether click the touchwize app in app list, how can i do clear cache and data of touchwize app?

You go application manager, check Touchwix, and the upper corner you see the 3dots and remove the update, then reboot, it's stock again.
Then install s8 launcher again.

Only with Nougat.

So would that mean you installed Nougat on it? Did you loose the TouchWiz functionality?
I'm getting an s7 edge so this would be nice to know. I think I will just get a theme.

Does this launcher need a touch wiz ROM to work ? does it work on cyanogen or lineage os?
