Here is a guide for the rooted galaxy devices
By this method, you will not face the installation error

1. Download the s8 launcher.apk file
2. Use any root explore to find this location "/>system>priv-app>Touchwiz Home"
3. Copy the file that you've downloaded to the above location abd delete the original one
4. reboot;)

Note: you may download a third party launcher (such as nova launcher) and set it to defealt first. After the reboot, you may clean the data of the s8 launcher first

sorry for my bad english

Hello! I have a package problem with my phone as well. After I updated to July security patch, it pops up every time, first I tried the S8 weather widget, than the AOD, neither of them installed. The shortcut thing didn't work (although I left PIN on, maybe I'll try it later without it and edit this post). Are there any ways to bypass this?

Device locked Device Management has restricted certain features on your device

Hope some1 find a way to install without root. My friend installed on his s6 just fine but no luck in s7

EDIT: IF you get packege install error you need to wipe data and install the new apk after wipe without adding any accounts or restoring data. Afterwards you can do it.
EDIT2: Solution for package issue by @Vyshakh Babu You need to be really fast right after boot-up, so I recommend disabling sim lock and lockscreen security temporarily.[/QUOTE]

Dear Concern,
I have followed step's 2 for installing Touchwiz. It was installed & works fine. Then i was tried to install bixby by the same way but it was not worked by showing same msg like same package exist. Then i was tried to follow the steps 1 by wiping data and wiping cash. After that phone was reset but showing a message like below:
"Android System
Device locked
Device Management has restricted certain features on your device.
Please contact the administrator to re-install device management to recover your restriction"

Now i cann't access my camera(Security Policy restricts use of camera),Bluetooth disabled,USB-debugging disabled and sd-card is not showing. I don't know what to do now. Please help me. Thanks in advanced.

I'm using samsung sm-g930k(korean version of s7 from KT)

This does not work for T-mobile sm-g935t s7 edge. Get same error as others with can't install because app with same name is already installed. Latest Nougat update from T-mobile. Already got partial s8 icons updated anyways. Might as well just wait until they are all updated or Samsung decides to update naturally for s7 and s7 edge through Google Play for Touchwiz.

All you need to to to install Touchwiz 9.0 is to encript device, and afterward install will go smoothly (All other experience 9.0 apps can be installed too).(Samsung S6, Android 7.0, December security patch).

Where in settings? I can only find encrypt SD card. I cannot find encrypt device.

You have to have enabled PIN lock for lock screen before this option is shown (or password - im not sure). Then in settings - Lock screen and security - Other security settings > Encrypt device or something like that. It will take some time to enctrypt - maybe hour - and then you can install.
As I read you can decrypt after instalation but I just kept it encrypted

Do you have an s7 edge? My phone is an s7edge, exynos version. I think the s7edge is encrypted by default. Nevertheless I changed my lockscreen to "password", rebooted but still no option to encrypt device in settings...

I have S6. I really had problems finding that setting when I was looking for it but it is there... try going trough each setting and for sure you will find it.

I'm done it on my non-rooted S7 edge
These are the steps I done
    1. Add a shortcut of the apk to the home screen from the my files app
    2.Power off the phone.
    3. Cleared the cache partition.
    4. Restarted the phone.
    5. Quickly installed the Apk by accessing the shortcut from home screen.
    (Now it's installed )
    6. But the launcher keeps force stopping.
So I cleared touchwiz home's data and cache from app manager.
    7. Now it's working fine.

I also installed Bixby app through the same process. :)
Hope this solution works for all those who face the conflicting signature problem.
