As the s4 won't clearly get an s8 launcher port I made a video about Galaxy s8 launcher for all android devices including the galaxy s4.
ofc it is not the original launcher but its almost 1:1 the same

1) download the zip file in the description box of the video and extract it
2) install all apks in there
3) move all other folders to the first path of your phone ("emulated/0")
4) press homebutton and select nova launcher
5) go to nova settings and apply the dreamux icons which the files already include
6) then go to the backup restore option in the nova settings and selet the first file and wait until it is applied
7) press on the unfinished wheather widget and add your city
8) after that add s8 googl search bar using zooper widget (explained in the video)
