Safe To Delete?

Hi! Does anybody know if these apps are safe to delete or if they're needed by Android or MotoBlur:

Filemanager.apk - com.motorola.filemanager
MEAD.apk - com.motorola.mead
Mynet.apk - com.motorola.mynet
PerformanceManager.apk - com.motorola.PerformanceManager
PNI.apk - com.motorola.photochannel.android
VSuiteApp.apk - com.nuance.android.vsuite.vsuiteapp

And can someone let me know what these do specifically:

MEAD.apk - com.motorola.mead
PNI.apk - com.motorola.photochannel.android

file manager is that crap file manager so can go
vsuite is voice commands so u might not want to (can cause force closes)
preformance manager is task manager so maby can go
my net is the wifi testher app so can go

cant tell you what mead and pni are tho sorry

Filemanager.apk can't be seen in the App Drawer so I'm wondering what APK calls it...

You can simply rename the apps (ex. add .bak) and see if anything goes wrong.

I have renamed Filemanager.apk and PerformanceManager.apk for days, no problems yet.
