safestrap 3.72 help

I installed KitKat 4.4, then installed Safestrap 3.72. when i go into safestrap and hit Reboot to Recovery it doesn't reboot into recovery, a couple messages as to it's activity pop up on the bottom, but it wont go to recovery. It also says safe system not active.

Any thoughts anyone?

Reboot in ss 3.72 does not work. You need to use the power button or use a different app to reboot. It shows safe system not active because you are on the stock slot. It will show enabled when you use slots 1-4 which this version of safestrap is not supported for at this point by hashcode. He says to use the stock slot only the last I read.
