Try renaming it by deleting the .gz
And btw, Google knows !
But i guess you don't know how or what to search for, it's the file extension you are looking for how to open, .gz, so just type .gz into the Google search box.
And I'll bet, even if you copy/paste the whole file name into Google, you'll eventually get an answer how to open such file.

You didn't copy/paste it, you wrote it yourself. But you didn't even write it correct. I see only one underscore in the original file name, but you put 3.
And if you look closer, even Google gives you suggestions on how to improve your searching.
As i said, Google knows !!
