So my question is.. Since they don't know the cause. They haven't gotten a fix. What are we going to be using until they fix the phone, or and put new ones.

They said it's not even effecting .1% of the phones on the market. I doubt anyone really needs to be concerned. And if there is a recall, they'll probably limit it to certain serial numbers that contained the batch of bad batteries, or other source of the issue.
Yes, it will be very interesting to see how Samsung (and Verizon) decide to handle the issue.http://www.theverge.com/2016/9/1/12759912/samsung-galaxy-note-7-recall
Nothing definitive, but this article names Verizon..
Samsung was really quick about this, I guess if there's any delay, it would be Verizon derping.Yes, it will be very interesting to see how Samsung (and Verizon) decide to handle the issue.
Interesting, thanks for posting! I guess I'll just wait until I hear from Verizon then, it sounds like we'll be taken care of, whatever they decide to do.
I wouldn't mind a new device and some sort of gift. ?Interesting, thanks for posting! I guess I'll just wait until I hear from Verizon then, it sounds like we'll be taken care of, whatever they decide to do.

I am truly at a loss here. I just got off the phone with verizon and now they say they wont have the new phones before the 30th but we have to exchange the phone before the 30th. what the hell are you supposed to do if you still want a note 7
