how do I see this info?

I changed my S901B from MEO to unbranded EUX through Samkey and after that I don't get OTA's.
Already did a factory reset and my ISO country it's correct too.

Any ideia of what is wrong?

Hi @yakapa40,

I'm in the same situation than @tsilva30 as many others.
Since we changed our CSC through Samkey (from SFR to EUX for me) or equivalent soft, Fota's updates are totaly disabled/blocked.

I'm still on AVEH firmware (flashed through Odin), and still haven't any OTA for AVF1.

Like Tsilva, everything match, i'm on FR country ISO.
If you have any idea.. it could really help.

2: factory reset your device after changing the CSC to EUX
3: for fota update you must have the latest firmware before the update matching with your CSC :
exemple in post 12 : AVB3

I already did reset twice. product code matches the sales code.

what is weird is that "fota-cloud-dn" shows different compilation numbers from "doc.samsungmobile"

for notify Update i don't know why it's not the same as fota-cloud
matching for some devices and CSC and not for others
