worst customer service
the galaxy note 3 is wonderful machine
BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER
AND NEED DECADES TO REACH THE LEVEL OF APPLE CARE
since i bought my galaxy note 3, i have the problem of overheat... which is very known
i visited so many times reparation center in my city
and send it to the main reparation center in Paris
and after one month waiting ... they return the phone fter resetting it only... WTF



and when i saw my wife iphone who had the same problem and being replaced after one call only and within 3 days... i'm really wanna throw this phone to nearest garbage...
more than 3 months have been passed and over 15 times call to customer service
and 9 times went to reparation center including once to main one...
to end by defected phone and can't be use more than 2 - 3 minutes...
