Try killing them with kindness next time. It works for me!

I'm kinda offended by your vulgar language in your post. If you spoke to me on the phone that way, then showed up in my store, I wouldn't give you the time of day either. I'd make a phone call and have you escorted of the premises.

We're all adults here suck it up. I tried explaining the situation nicely but he still blew me off. They could've had me escorted but he knew he was wrong so he didn't besides I recorded the call I had evidence he would've been fired by his boss the way I was treated.

Samsung Note 3, AT&T. Tried to restore to MJ5 (as per the thread here.) Tried about 5 times. (It's not like I don't know what I'm doing, I spent about 20 years designing microelectronics and about 20 years writing code, so even though I earned every grey hair on my head [I think there's one left that's not completely white], Cellphones aren't some futuristic mystery to me.) Since I had already had a bit of experience with the local "Samsung Experience" (some experience - anything more than a factory reset, a reflash or showing the customer which buttons to push and the phone has to "go in for repair" which, if you don't have a spare phone, can be a few agonizing weeks), I brought the phone to AT&T's support center. They basically confirmed my complaint (tried flashing it - it failed in writing) and replaced the phone. I wasn't the first customer in that morning, and there were only 2 techs working, so I had to wait about half an hour. I understand what "first come, first served" means, so I had no complaint.

And AT&T customer service isn't known as being among the best. (It's better than Straight Talk's, but so is wishing that your phone would start working again.)
