If you clicked "No" - all OK. Just reboot your phone and do HR.

Interop unlock - "Unlock"
Capabilities unlock - "Basic"

It's safer to use MBN Creator. Find latest version of it in the end of its thread. It can flash phones.
Latest Samsung update blocks unlocking. But Preview for Developers can be unlocked. Type *#1234# in Diagnosis, DNI3 can't be unlocked.
You can also flash GDR3 + unlock and then update. But unlock will be gone after HR.

Ok, I don't get you here... Attached is what I get. Any way for me on DP not unlocked to get the Firmware update without resetting my phone?

You have BME1, so you can use MBN Creator to unlock. If you're lucky, unlock will be applied without HR.
