I mentioned in the thread to open the mixer_gains.xml...
And adjust accordingly, to reduce the volume is fine but to increase above what I set, It's your responsibility...
Yes, As long you don't boost the earpiece, the sound comes clean from the earpiece, no crackles or noise...
Otherwise, lower the volume in the mixer file for the earpiece and do as you please...
whole phone shakes when playing songs after flashing it...can it damage the phone

Well that's very new to me...
Nevertheless, there will be damage if the sound is not clean/clear (noise, buzz, hiss, etc) and the damage will be fast on the earpiece...
It seems to me you're using my soundmod with another soundmod... If that's the case, you have two options, I already mentioned but I'll mention them again, you either modify the volume level in the mixer file or you adjust the volume in the other SoundMod...
not the whole phone but back of the phone shakes and i am using a different kernel only but no other sound mode
As I mentioned, the clarity of the sound will only tell if it's dangerous or not... To be exact, the earpiece...
Hi @Dante63, I have an exynos 7580 (A3 2016) and I'd like to test your mod for a change from equalizers such as v4a, jdsp, dolby.
Here's the compressed mixer_paths_0.xml in attachment, as you requested. It's the only one with *mixer* in its name (except for samsung-amixer) and there's no Mixer_gains.xml.

Please copy your post contents and paste them in my Thread, link in my signature... So anyone who has the same device can find your request there and get the MOD as well...
The title says A3, A5, A7 2017...

I've noticed that the earpeace has better bass than the normal speaker xD

pd: I want to add more mids to the speaker. can I use v4a? or it will broke the earpeace...

You can experiment,
But when testing, reduce your volume to minimum, play a song and gradually increase the volume while observing the sound MUST BE CLEAN AND CLEAR...
NO NOISE OR CRACKLES...
Even if it was little... You STOP and re-adjust the volume in either my MOD or the other MOD...

Thanks OP, i used the manual mode, since i was rooted , using A5 (2017) here, was worried about getting locked by RMM again, been locked out twice, so u understand, works perfect using the modded xml files and will only try samsung preloaded stock eq. , Like the poster mentioned thanks to you as well, getting used to posting on xda so fifuring out how to quote each poster as i reply, bear with me guys:good:
