Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900V) touch pad question.

I bought an unlocked phone from ebay. The phone is working well except one problem. If I call somewhere, I can call without problem, the problem is if the number I called asked me to choose an option, for say press "1" for English, "2" for Spanish, then if I press the number, it didn't work. So I can't call a lot of numbers because of this problem. Anybody has an idea how to fix this? Thanks

Spoonsha.... The same touchpad you dial the number with? No reason it shouldn't work if you can dial with it. The phone touchpad... Not the keyboard.
