The Note 8 "Great" is coming in Q4 (strong name Samsung ;^) but for those that cant wait,
here are leaked picks of the Galaxy 8/8+ coming at the end of the month!

So, who will hold on to their Note 7 until "Great" arrives and who will jump on the 8 or 8+ at the end of the month?

since I got a Pixel XL I'm actually loving the back button, seems so much easier to pick up the phone and naturally have my finger on the reader.

but then I've had a fair few phones with software buttons, so the button isn't a big loss to me and honestly I would rather see the button go if it means we can have more screen and a smaller phone. so to me anything they can do to reduce the bezel is good.

Interesting comparison! Wonder if the Note 8 "Great" will be the same height as the GS8+?

This chart also reinforces what I like about the Notes (i.e. the tighter edge angles are more appealing)...

The S+ looks too tall in my opinion. I think Note7 was just about the perfect size. With a little less bezels to make the screen a bit bigger it would have been enough.

Meanwhile rumors are now saying the Note8 won't have an S pen. In fact, the new Galaxy X supposedly has Samsung so focused there might not be a Note as we know it.

Agreed, and also because the Note/s are the Samsung series of devices that did not succumb to Apple's shenanigans (i.e. patenting a "rectangle with rounded edges"), a shape that has existed since the almighty handed down the ten commandments to Mosses!!

Can't wait till Note 8 comes out. If they will make it 6.4 inch I will be the happiest person on earth lol. Beautiful device.. Sad that Note 7 failed, but Note 8 will be a great Note series come back!

That's not the leaked Note8. This is the S8+ that Samsung had intended to release but could not due to issues with under the screen finger print sensor.

Leaked Note8 was more of a square design.

Supposed legit leaked iPhone 8 schematics from Foxconn. LOL! Looks like Apple will be waiting for Synaptics and Samsung to perfect the under screen fingerprint sensor on the Note 8 "Great" first!
