Yes following your old posts and enjoying newer apps in my note 5 from S8 days. Actually say if I (We) want to use individual apps by using root browser then I (We) don't have to download 312 MB sized zip. E.g. I never use TouchWiz launcher, so I'll never download this to Dave some data ???

If you've taken nandroid before restore that. Else you've to manually push these apps from your rom zip to respective folders with correct permission and reboot.
How to uninstall?

Delete old fonts folder.copy the new one.Set rwxrxrx for the folder and inside fonts to rwrr
