Samsung galaxy note pro 12.2 LTE (only h+)

Hi,

I have bought a Samsung galaxy note pro 12.2 LTE but when I disable wifi it only connect via. H+

I use my data sim card from Orange (spain) which I have been using in my Ipad until I sold it - on the Ipad it connected to 4G. Both connected from the same location.

Do I need to do something to make it connect to 4G?

Is settings > more networks > mobile networks > network mode set to LTE/WCDMA/GSM (Auto)?

I have the same problem, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know the exact reason, but sometimes when you select "3G only" and then back to "LTE", it works. But not always. I am unable to figure out how to make it work always.

you should have 3G 4G and H+ icons...try to do a provider selection after a search of antennas .
