i have rooted samsung galaxy sII plus (GT-i9105P).
I moved all builtin .apk and .odex files from system/app.
Then the phone hang for some time and shutdown. then it start again, first the "samsung galaxy s2" logo appear, then "SAMSUNG" logo with blue animation appear and stays there. And nothing happens.

Please tell me if there is any way to move back those .apk and .odex files to system/app so the phone work normally.

I googled and found that i have to reflash the phone. i can't succesfully download the official firware from samsung website because of rapidgator slow connection and download fail problem.

i downloaded this ROM "I9105P_BabbaROMv1.1_2.zip" this zip has two folders in it "META-INF" and "system"

Now,
I have Odin
I have I9105P_BabbaROMv1.1_2.zip
I can see the downloading... screen in phone

Please tell me how to flash this rom in phone.
