Just got a email from FedEx saying delivery for the 2nd. Ordered black 512gb t mobile from Samsung on 1/14. Original date was scheduled for 2/9I ordered an tmo Ultra 512 from Samsung and just noticed my cancel button disappeared. Nothing on FedEx but hope it happens soon for an early next week delivery
I just got an email from AT&T saying that my S 21 shipped today and is set to be delivered tomorrow. The way AT&T do their dates is kind of messed up. I went from shipping on Thursday to delivery on February 27 to now delivery on Saturday LOL.
Dang... I ordered my S21 Ultra Factory Unlocked 256GB Phantom Black like a day or two after you and mine says 2/9/21 for the estimated delivery date as well. But after reading all of this, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a delay in my phone's shipment lol. Either way, I hope that it arrives as this is an exchange for my recently purchased Note 20 Ultra (which is complete garbage and has frequent app crashes, device freeze-ups and frequent cell data & WiFi loss).
EDIT 2/3/21 - Welp, I just got a message from Samsung saying that I'll be getting my device delivered tomorrow! So with that said, you should be getting yours tomorrow as well, @NYPDream!
Update.....and yeah, I just got a shipping email and now it's shipping on Friday.

Just got my 512gb S21 Ultra yesterday. I ordered within the hour after pre orders started on the 14th. I was originally supposed to get it delivered January 29th but they delayed it a week. No biggie. Last picture with my S20 Ultra

Just got my pre order from T-Mobile yesterday for the 512 version. I ordered it and the 256 on the 24th and both were on backorder. The 256 is supposed to ship by the 7th

Looks like you bought the wrong case for your buds.
Ordered the S21 Ultra Brown with freebies on 14th of Jan everything says expected delivery 16th of Feb. Not sure why it takes so long for the brown to ship?
You're the only other person I found that ordered brown lol. I had the same ship date but cancelled. Maybe they had to send the phones to a body shop for the brown paint lol

Good luck to you. I'm still waiting for that email!I preordered the Ultra and it is currently marked for delivery on 1/27 - I also ordered the Case with SPen and it is currently marked as shipped with a tracking number - delivery date is 1/21 (this Thursday)
What is unusual is, when I look at Shipment Details for the Case it gives it's weight as 13 pounds, much more than a case would weigh - but it could be the weight of a package that has the case, the S21 Ultra, the Buds Pro, and the box that holds them all....at least that is what I am hoping....
I guess I will find out Thursday....

Hopefully that is a error. I don't think there will be a shortage unless it's because of the color1Shipment Label created according to Fed Ex - delivery is still expected for January 27th.
When I pre-ordered, I also bought the Case with Spen - That shipment arrived today and from all I can tell, it will work very nicely when I finally get my Ultra. One thing though - while the Spen is very easy to access from the case, firmly held in place on the left side of the case/phone - the case itself has a somewhat slippery finish - I am a little worried that it might be easy to slip from my hands - but I won't be able to tell for sure until I am able to hold it with the S21 Ultra inside it. Still, it seems like a decent case and I do like the way it holds the S-Pen.
