Samsung Galaxy S4 whatsapp images error

Hello guys. I have a Samsung galaxy S4 I9500XXUFNA6 Build Number KOT49H I9500XXUFNB3. I recently hard reset it to wipe all data but now it's failing to download or send images on whatsapp, I can't view or change profile photos. On facebook it is also not saving photos. How do I fix it??

First off, you're on the wrong forum. The forum for the i9500 can be found here. Offhand, I'd say it sounds like you need to update your version of android. That build number is from February 2014
