Samsung Galaxy S5 plus with lineageOS

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have some questions regarding lineageOS on the SM-G901F Samsung Galaxy S5 plus:
I have a SM-G901F Samsung Galaxy S5 plus and since you can't format the SD card as internal, the internal memory is permanently overcrowded.
For this reason I want to install lineageOS.
With the original Samsung camera app I can film in HD with 240 fps in any length, as well as in Full HD in HDR and 4K with 30 fps and create spherical panoramas. With the current lineageOS version this is still possible or is it possible to install or rather flash the original Samsung camera app under lineageOS? I use the camera often and if this is not possible anymore I keep my distance from lineageOS. I have not found an app in the Play Store that has these functions.
I also read that WhatsApp warns during installation that there is no support for custom ROMs and no guarantee that WhatsApp will work properly. Is there any experience there? With other devices I have read that video telephony with WhatsApp does not work because the camera is not recognized by WhatsApp.
I know they can't guarantee the functionality, but they have the know-how and certainly the connection to answer my questions.

I think there is no good solution for your camera problem. In your case i would stay with stock ROM. You would be surprised how much free memory there is after a factory reset (that would be necessary for custom ROM anyway)
You can prevent preinstalled apps from crowding your memory by disabling them before first update.
