Few people are reporting battery drain issues , suggest to Instal Better Battery Stats from play store and enable ADB . Look for the rogue apps / wake locks .
Later you can try SABS or BK disabler to further optimise by removing bloatware you don't use.
Also , use dark theme to save some battery & improve SOT.

UAE Model
I am planning to buy Samsung S9+ From UAE i have to use only with UAE sim card for the first time or i can use with Indian SIM and support of JIO VoLTE

You can use with jio sim. you can simply change the CSC if jio not supporting volte
So guys, with the exynos...hiw far aware are we from having systemless root along with xposed framework up and running in a stable environment. I know it took a long time to get this running on nougat... But it's the 1 thing holding me back from Getting This phone.

How to enter Download mode:
Switch off your device. Wait for a few seconds to make sure the device is completely turned off.
Press and hold Bixby Button + Volume Down Button and then press the Power Button.
The phone will instantly boot into a blue screen. You can let go of all the buttons.
Now press the Volume Up button once to get into Download Mode.
Restoring Galaxy S9/S9+ To Stock ( Tested method ) * DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK*
1. Power off your device .
2. Boot your Galaxy S9/S9+ into Download mode.
3. Extract the ODIN Tool zip and Run the ODIN.exe file as administrator.
4. Connect your S9/S9+to your PC via USB Cable. You should see an ‘Added!‘ message in Odin.
5. Extract the download Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ Firmware files which you have downloaded to get the TAR image files. - IMPORTANT - The firmware should be from your region and from authentic sources listed in my earlier section. Using a wrong firmware will brick your device.
6. Add the firmware files to Odin. If there is only one file, add it to AP. If there are multiple files, add to the appropriate sections in the Odin like _BL for BL, _AP for AP etc but * DO NOT include HOME_CSC*
7. Under Options choose ONLY ‘Auto-Reboot‘ and ‘F Reset Time‘ .
8. Recheck above steps again if everything is ok, hit the ‘Start‘ button.
9. Wait for the process to complete. Once the process completes, wait for the ‘PASS’ message to appear in the ODIN. refer the image below:

3. Use dark themes to save some more Juice .
4. Few apps like FB drain a lot of battery , these can be accessed through web browser . An estimated average of 300mAH was seen be used by FB app .
5. If battery is a priority over screen quality , crank down the resolution to HD+ to save some more juice.

HOW TO CHECK CARRIER AGGREGATION SUPPORT ON YOUR S9/S9+
From dialer dial : *#0011# OR *#2263#
you will enter the service mode
You will be able to see STACK 1 , 2 and for few users 3.
Open the stack 1 / 2 and check under CA , if its NONE then aggregation is not yet supported in your area.
This happens automatically and is carrier driven .

Sorry I totally disagree Sir , XDA subscriber base has only grown.
