Samsung Gear App Store now has Paid Apps on non samsung phones

I'm not sure if any of you have noticed. But the Samsung Gear App store now has the option to download paid apps on non samsung phones. I believe you need to have a samsung account to do this and you must register a credit card to that account as well. I'm using a nexus 6P but had an existing samsung account from when I used a Note series phone.

Have you tried to buy some app? And could you please add another screenshot with higher resolution?

I just got a Gear S2 Classic for Christmas and had no problem creating a Samsung account and registering a credit card with my 2014 Moto X.

It doesn't seem to be active in all regions. I'm starting to hate Samsung again already!!
