Hey guys, umm I seen this in a post at acentral. Will this help the dev's any?

Trust me, I have been around this forum long enough to know to search, but you can't exactly link straight to that source, so, it's not so easy to find. I was hoping that was what the dev's were seeking when they said "We need source" :/

I've never tried to compile the source for the full system, but as far as I know, the source for the Fascinate does not compile, they left out pieces that are needed. It does compile for the Mesmerize though.

There is only source for a few parts of aosp, nowhere near enough for a full build. Kernel source does compile, but doesnt boot without editing the config.

Fair enough. I just hate to see people so easily shut down and shut out as if they are worthless just because they aren't on the bleeding edge of the development curve. Perhaps thats why o got a bit worked up. I'm sorry.
