I managed to port Samsung Keyboard from Galaxy Note II for our Galaxy Note.
However the dimension is not design for Galaxy Note.
While 399dp on Galaxy Note and 359 on Galaxy Note II.
But it works.
Here what you need to do:
Delete \system\lib\libXt9core.so
Delete \system\hdic\*.*
Delete \system\T9DB\*.*
Above files are original Galaxy Note (GT-N7000) keyboard.
Extract and replace file from this SamsungIME-NoteII.7z
The new keyboard can download online the rest of languages, files are:
\system\app\SamsungIME.apk
\system\app\libloadStylusCore.so
\system\lib\libswiftkeysdk-java.so
\system\sipdb
UPDATE: I missed one file on lib call "libloadStylusCore.so", tested it seem only when draw the pen the keyboard doesn't turn on the draw pad for pen.
