Samsung LED flip case issues

I was given an LED flip case so I thought I would give it a try. I created a custom icon for my sister. My understanding is that when she calls or or texts it should show her icon. It is showing her icon when anybody calls. Is it not fully compatible with Oreo?

My experience has been to avoid the latest upte for LED Icon Editor, works perfect although constant notification persists to update until a better solution is found.

i'm in Oreo and i don't have any issue with LED Cover.
I create a lot of custom icon and works perfectly...
I have the last version of Led Icon Editor.
