I am trying to update to the latest version of the app but the samsung software says service unavailable any the update from the goodie play doesn't work either, I hear others have the problem tool. Any solution?

Couple questions.....does Play store say it can be updated? If so, what does it say when it fails? Have you tried uninstalling the app and then re-installing the new version?

I checked and have the newest version on my tablet already so must have updated automatically without issue.

Random ideas out of my hind quarters: clear app data on samsung account stuff; remove/re-add samsung account; search forum; reset device if nothing works.
