Download any package disabler. In search type theme. And freeze the results that appear using it. Then clear their data using the package disabler.

Thanks a lot, I just installed package disable,, freeze anything that is related to theme, cleared data but after a few minute my theme is changed to the official theme.


This is what appears before I freeze theme and others..

No need of package disabler pro to use your own theme for full time just follow this :
Open Es file explorer go to device then data folder then you search for overlays folder in the overlays folder there will be a folder of jsonfiles in this jsonfiles folder there are two folders named trailjson and userjson ... now move your own made theme or you have downloaded paid theme from trailjson folder to userjson folder now after moving theme apk file reboot your device and voolllaaaa u will be have a paid theme/trail theme as a full version for always

For those that want the Marvel Avenger themes and other stock themes from the S6, for their S7/S7 Edge, follow the directions below. Root is not required but you will need to purchase an app called Package Disabler Pro in order for this to work. Now, if you had an S6 and already obtained those stock themes then you should still have them. This is for those people that missed out on the S6 and want those themes on their S7's.


***Before starting please make sure you're using the default theme***
1) Purchase and download Package Disabler Pro and install it.
2) Download a file manager from the Play Store. Any should work fine, I use File Manager
3) Go here and download the Marvel theme of your choice. Be sure and give "Thanks" to Gunthermic for posting the S6 stock themes and making them available to us. I also recommend making a folder somewhere on your drive to put these zip files in because you will have to extract the files within them before copying them to your phone and there's quite a few files for each theme.
4) Connect your phone to your PC and transfer the extracted theme files to your phone's internal storage. Once again, I recommend making a folder on your phone to keep the theme files in. I created one called "Themes".
5) Open file manager on your phone and locate the theme files you just copied. There should be 2 APK files that will stand out from all the others, they usually begin with "Avengers"...the others will start with "com". You want to install the larger APK file first(it won't have "Wallpaper" in the file name) and once that's installed then install the wallpaper apk second.
6) Open up your Theme Store and you should see the Marvel theme you just installed. It will say "Trial" on it but just ignore that for now. Go ahead and press free trial and apply the theme.
7) Now that your theme is loaded you need to disable the Theme store and Theme Center using Package Disabler Pro otherwise the 5 min trial will end and you'll revert back to the default theme.
8) Open Package Disabler Pro and once the list is populated scroll down until you find Theme Store and disable it.
9) Now to disable Theme Center you're going to have to manually add this one because it isn't listed. Go into options for Package Disabler Pro and select Manual Disabler(2nd option from bottom). Now type in com.samsung.android.themecenter and press Disable.


You're finished! The theme will remain on until you re-enable the Theme Store and Theme Center within Package Disabler Pro.



You need to clear the data of both the theme store and themes then disable both.

When i restart the phone, the default theme is back, and i need restart the process .... **** ...

they want banners portfolio presentation. Not the theme application. Show them your ideas that different from the themes available already in the store.And use the nice presentation images.

Now more than 100 theme designers there but still see roukie themers every months. Mean that samsung still open the door for new creative designer.

Re submitted with a few theme concepts and got rejected again. It is getting kinda frustrating. Their email response is automated and there is no clarity

I know mate. Both accepted and rejected mail are automatic mail.

Let me show you the portfolio I sent in that time. That time I have no tool yet. But I use photoshop to composed these banners and I had root so can mod theme in my phone to take screenshot.

Since I be accepted til now , I feel the standard of theme design is set higher. So I think you should make more interesting presentation than normal themes standard in store.

I emailed Samsung Developers for more details on why portfolios usually get rejected and here's what they said:
"Hi Durim,

Most obvious reason due to which application are not approved are listed below.
- Missing Portfolio design.
- Using personal, googled images or copyrighted material.
- Lacking of story or no unique concept or trait.
- Lacking in quality design or no experience on Mobile UI/UX.

Normally theme review process may take 4 weeks of time within this time frame we communicate application status via email. So I would highly recommend checking you email inbox for status update. If you don't see any email then there can probably be two reasons.

1- Your application is still under review. You can check status by sending an email to ([email protected])
2- Your application was not submitted properly (Please refer below process for applying access again)

Samsung Theme Editor Request Process:

• Register Samsung Account
Sign up for a Samsung account, if you do not already have one.

• Create design portfolio
Download the design template PSD from here.

• Apply Partnership Request
Complete required information and submit the Request page.

• Review
Portfolio review

• Make Your Own Theme!
Develop a theme using Theme Editor and register it in the Theme Store.

You can use the attached PSD template for creating sample design mockup for supporting your portfolio. Also refer to below link for checking out our few award winning and trending themes.
