Sorry my english.

I did flash the message application, I gave boot, it worked fine. after I rebooted the device, the message application disappeared and the conversations appeared within the Facebook messaging application. I tried reflash, tried to install another application of message, I tried to reinstall the messenger of facebook, but everything without success.

I had the same problem twice, deleting Messaging_SEP81 in priv-app and then reflashing the message zip solved the issue. I recommend moving this folder to your sd card in case something goes wrong.

A little bit dumb question but it wont hurt anyone, is it possible to get any of there apks install without root? Would love to try them out thanks and good work to op.
You can have TWRP without being rooted so the answer is yes. Without root you probably can't touch system directory manually so you can't delete/change anything in case apps don't work by just flashing the zip.

go to priv-app and you probably have 2 messages folders. Delete both of them. Reboot twice and reflash
