Samsung S3 mini VE GT-I8200N No (or Blank) Service Menu

I have Samsung S3 mini VE GT-I8200N on Android ver 4.2.2, I tried to enter the service menu on my phone by dialing *#9090#, but I get a blank (black) menu.
I tried also another codes as *#197328640# but nothing happen this time.
The code *#0011# send me to the Network Information Menu instead of Service Menu.
Can anyone help me how to enter the service menu, and why i am getting a blank menu.
