Samsung Services on Tizen 2.4 dead?

I booted up my Z2 today, and much to my surprise, it couldn't connect to the update server (not that I was expecting an update). This hadn't happened before, and the last time I checked (three days ago), it was working fine. So I rebooted, which ended up changing nothing. Then I checked the Tizen store. It also does not work anymore. Same thing for Samsung Themes. I get the following error:

Non Samsung services are unaffected. Is anyone else having this issue?​

Hmm. My Z2 is the indonesian model, maybe that has something to do with it...

Like android we can save apk files on the device like thak can we do it in Tizen and at this time it is very important the to save the Tizen apps in tpk form we don't know when will the server close so any one reply

Sir here is the few requests that my Subscribers had made it would be a great help if you backup these apss and some of your tpk apps and not downloading it show "404 bad request" so please repair the links

Backup tpk apps for tizen z series

Is there any way we can backup tpk files for tizen and i checked today that no apps are installing from Tizen store the apps are Downloading bit when it come to installation it shows installation failed and also the site tizen store is not opening please answer it
