I was getting the same error when using carrier data. Switched on Wifi and then it worked.

I registered on the 12 and got a confirmation email today the Netflix code was instant was $59.94 credit applied to my bill. Looks like I got quite awhile before I get the case and sd card says 10-12 weeks.

Had my phone changed out for a new once because last one was wonky(reboots and fingerprint scanner issues), and I forgot I had claimed my kit on the first phone(because samsung shop didn't show it under my promotions). Tried it again a fee hours ago and got approved again immediately and went to check sure enough on the status for the promo it shows two approved kits processing. Oops.
