Great App!

:) cool app. works great! bought a samsung tv JUST to be able to do this.

anyone know if the tv can be turned off and still transmit to the Tab?

You can't turn it fully off, but you can put it in a hybernate-state :)

While watching the tv-image on your tab, there's a button (third from the left, I believe?) that does this :)

My TV (PN59D8000) is compatible but the dual display option doesnt work for me either. It just errors and says "cannot start multi-display". Any ideas?

Bummer, I knew I should have popped for the C6500 instead of the C6300. :(

It only works with D-series and above (2011 samsung smart tv). I believe the C-series are 2010 tv.

Uninstall and reinstall smart view tab app. Check your internet connection and ensure both tv and tab 10.1 are connected to same router.

could anyone please provide some screenshots? a friend of mine has this app for his smartphone. he showed me the gui and it was really crappy on his phone.

wondering what it looks like on a tablet.
