they are asking for more info.. theyre very specific on the request/site when you apply as to what youll need to provide..

If i were you i would try to make a design as unique as possible

Add screens from Settings, Dialer, Icons and as much as you can

You can also explain the idea behind the theme u made should help

It's not that the problem guys. I have rejected 3 times and all times I submitted unique work and gave them all they asked in their site. Also added screens from dialer, settings etc...
This message is a fixed message they sent to all.
It doesn't mean they need more informations.

search thru loads of stock theme , everyone seem to have the same dialer ,is it a samsung rule or something ? which one are the batman type ones ?

I just sent a few random samples of some theme I have done before. I think I sent 5 or 6, but here are a few. I wasn't sure if they wanted them a certain way so I just made a few different mockups. The easiest way is second style where you just put the screen cap of some design overtop of a blurred background image. Looks fairly nice and takes 5 seconds to make.

Think 3 screens.
