Samsung Theme Ratings

Just curious if anyone knows how the themes are rated. I can't find a way to rate a theme that I've bought and wondered if I'm missing anything.
Does Samsung themselves rate them?

The themes in the theme store? People rate those and the ratings are made up. If someone likes it a lot they rate a 5, however, if there is a super tiny insignificant detail that someone doesn't like it's a 1 star lol.
