If you want to confirm that restoration was complete or not then do this -
Remove mode and reboot device. If you are not able to see A series themes on theme store - It has restored perfectly.
BTW
If you change DPI (more than stock) that also can cause S Note FC

I'm using stock DPI (560 DPI) so maybe MODE is not remove completely in my device i will check again.

Hi dr.ketan, I'm done testing again the issue doesn't from your mod its clearly my mistake that i disabled something in rom control before applied this mod causing misunderstand that the issue is from your mod. My bad.

You need to modify theme application by removing sub application that responsible for keyboard theme. Alternate way I can suggest you may try
- Install one extra keyboard
- Disable samsung keyboard (Some package disabler can help)
- Download your desired theme and apply
- Enable samsung keyboard and see, mostly it should be not themed.
It's easy with root users but not have root is always problem when modification comes.
