I just purchased a Sandisk 64gb class 10, formatted it to FAT32 (Its default is exFAT32 which does not work on the phone also phone will say card corrupted) and it works like a charm for me on my Inspire 4G. I purchased mine for $60 on ebay from an american seller.(I do not trust anything shipped from Asia).

Absolutely, a microSDXC card (of any capacity) will work in virtually any device that can use SDHC . Most older devices/OS's need FAT32 formatting. However, as mentioned, the SDXC cards do come formatted in exFAT. The good news is that they can be reformatted (there are some tricks to this so read my post below from the Kaiser forum) to FAT32 and will work in virtually any device that can read a microSDHC card. I am using a SanDisk 64GB SDXC card in my HD2 which runs a dual boot, and both my WM 6.5.5 and my SD Android 2.2 are working perfectly. I have one working in an HTC Kaiser as well. And my 64GB cards can be read by my wife's Android ICS tablet, my Vista computers, my XP computer, and even my ancient Fujitsu Stylistic LT P-600 W2K Tablet PCs (with a USB SD adapter) so clearly they will work in almost anything that used microSDHC (or SDHC with the adapter). Here is a post I made in the Kaiser forum about this.

"Yes, honestly, you absolutely can run a 64GB microSDXC in a Kaiser. At least I can verify that with WM6.5. I'm using the 64GB card in my HD2 with no problems. I figured it should work in a Kaiser too, so I tried it in my wife's Tilt. I installed my SanDisk 64GB class 10 micro SDXC card in my wife's Tilt and it worked flawlessly. The phone does read the full 64GB and can access it all (less the usual overhead). You do have to reformat it first as it comes formatted exFAT, which can't be read (someone on the HD2 forum has said WP7 can handle exFAT, but I don't run WP on anything so I can't say). It needs to be formatted in FAT32 for WM. The kicker with that, if you try to format it in your PC, is that MS has deemed that FAT32 is 32 GB max (hence the name FAT32, duh) and if you use the inbuilt format feature in any recent version of Windows, it will only format it in exFAT or NTFS. I also tried using a program called SDFormatter but it would not allow me to format in FAT32 either. There is a way to do it from a DOS command but... I ended up using EaseUS Partion Master Home Edition, which is a free program. It worked a charm, and was very fast as well, Then I xxcopy'ed my SD card contents onto the new 64GB card and installed it in the phone. Both my 32GB and my 64GB are class 10s. I use XXcopy to keep a backup of my SD card on my computer, just in case. I update the backup every couple weeks or if I have updated anything on the phone significantly. My wife's Tilt is running ahmedfikry's wm6.5 light rom. When the 128GB microSDXC comes out (and who knows when that will be), it should work in the Kaiser as well. Bottom line is that once reformatted, any micro SDXC card should work in any device designed for microSDHC, regardless of the crad's capacity. So we may someday be running 2TB cards in these old phones. Yeeehaw! Of course you're still stuck with the limits of FAT32, but having extra storage will be nice. BTW I got my 64GB microSDXC card from Buy.com for <$48 including shipping so it's not like these are really all that spendy anymore. For anyone like me who uses their phone as an mp3 player, this is a real plus. Even back when I was using a Tilt, I had my 32 GB card pretty well maxed out with all my mp3 files."

And here is a screen shot of my HD2 running Adroid from that FAT32 formatted 64GB SDXC card (My point with all this being that if I can do this, and use it in something as old as a Kaiser, you can use this card in virtually any Android phone)

I have a 16gb micro sd SanDisk and I am thinking of buying a 64gb micro SD of the same brand but didn't know if it would work but after reading this thread, I got the answer I was looking for.

i have tried to put microsd 64gb

HTC DHD still cant recognize it

i formatted the microsd to fat32 still cant

any idea???
format on phone then reboot phone if that does not work reformat on computer again should work. If it does not try a different sd to make sure its not hardware issue. Also read here windows qill not correctly format more than 32gb. Use EaseUS program to format sd to FAT32. YOu can find it here, you can also follow the same instructions it works for our phones even though its a different forum.

OK sounds like you have a bad SD if the other two are being seen and working. Take it back to where you got it from and get another one. Hopefully you did not buy from eBay and got it shipped from Asia cause those are notorious for being fakes. When you place it on computer see if it shows 59.something gb which is what it should have after formating to FAT32. If it has less then that then it might be a fake. If the loss is less than 10gb you might have partition loss and have to recover them for it to work. Google how to recover lost partitions on hard drive cause SD is like a mini one. It might be your culprit that's making it unreadable.

Something is wrong with the card. Cause after formating it to FAT32 it should only read 59.something GB. Yours is basically reading almost the entire card. Did you check it for unallocated partition?
EDIT: There is a way to check for unallocated partitions on hard drives you basically do the same with the SD card. Google YouTube its how I found it. I will be on the road all day so I won't be able to help you search it. But if you have the patience we can fix it cause judging from pic you sent SD looks good.

Do this put sd on to your computer
1. Hit Start
2. Right click Computer
3. Click Manage
4. Click Disk Management
5. Click SD DATA (whatever letter it is)
6. On the bottom it should show as one hard drive (FAT32) with the total GBs
and below it it should say :
Healthy (Primary Partition)

If it looks like this then I am completely stump. There is a program that will test the card by writing on it and then reading it back to see if it can read. I will try to find it for you. The only issue with it is that when I ran it on my card it took over 10 hours to test. So its something I would set up to run over night cause it will take a long time but will tell you if card is good and readable or fake.
