Is there any way I can save the connections log, or contacts list on a Galaxy A3 on external media?

Is there any way I can save the connections log, or contacts list on a Galaxy A3 on external media?

Go into contacts app. Tap and hold contacts. Select the contacts for export. Press Share.
Then you will be asked where to send the VCF File containing all the selected contacts. Choose samsung link share or whatsapp/telegram and Then you can download the file from there.
