Maybe a noob question but is it able to make the Blur home dock look like on droid x? Maybe take the Blurhome.apk or something from droid x roms...

create an sbf from the rooted nandroid backup from walter. And flash it with RSD lite. Then it should work you should be able to downgrade with nandroid after that.

We have done that! but without success (thanks to walter) to restart the returns defy in bootloader!

Well you're stuck unless you can obtain system partition dump. Iirc sbf_flash can't do this for Defy.

For me th GPS doesn't work by default, here is the solution.

Restart in recovery CWM then, Apply in follow order..

1º - AGPS_fix_CWM3_fixed.zip (Without restart apply the next)
2º - Defy_MIUI_GPS_FIX_1.5.13.zip (reboot)
3º - Install FasterFix.apk and chose the ntp server for you. and be happy
