Yes u can as long as cg version is the same...
Most froyos have same cg versions

I don`t know. Use nandroid backup + fixed sbf if you can`t downgrade.

enter in recovery 3e (by default) do a full wipe/data factory reset, then reboot!

Hi,
I read a lot about defy dev on this forum.
ButI am a litle bit lost:
I think i flash a full sbf, but i am not sure on my green lense defy. I got 3.4.2-117 for build in prop (Android 2.2.1 custom) . Anyway It should be CG version 4 now on my phone. I got a nandroid backup of my current rom.

Could I get the sbf file from my droid or is it possible to know wich way it was flashed?

I would like to try a GB rom.
Is it possible to downgrade to my current rom (i like it)? Do I have to previously flash another froyo?
I do not care about warranty or going back to official rom, just to my current one.

But you can use a europe defy+ rom and change baseband.
