SBF Flash also replaces bootloader?

Hi there

I've just flashed back to a 2.1 Eclair o2 Germany rom and I wonder if that means that the "2.2bootloaderonly" that I've flashed before in order to get 2.2 running was also deleted. I need to know this because today my phonespeaker broke. Thus my Defy needs a service and I am not quite sure if my warranty is gone if they find out that I previously had a 2.2 custom rom installed.

If you flashed back to 2.1 then the bootloader should be 2.1 bootloader. If it was still 2.2 bootloader the phone would not have booted up.

Well that is what I thought. However I am not quite sure about it... But I guess I will take the risk and send my Defy to repair service....
