have issue with corporate sync

I only have issue with corporate sync not working, it gives error saying "login to account failed" or "couldn't connect to server". Was having same problem with Eclair and now with updated Froyo as well. If anyone has a solution let me know or if it works on CM7.

Hello all,

I had a couple questions I was hoping to get help with if possible...Froyo ROMs tend to have great battery life and this ROM seems to be the same. I am just having 2 problems that I don't seem to have with Android 2.3.4...I am unable to remap the search button and I can't seem to use screen off applications fully.

Issues:
1. When I try to remap the search button to have a power off function using buttonremapper (or manually changing .kl files in system/usr/keylayout) it doesn't seem to work...I can remap the hard buttons but with the capacitative buttons it doesn't work...with 2.3.4 no problems.

2. Any type of power off/screen off applications don't seem to work, the ones that do work turn off the background and not the screen (like the function of the power button)...all the screen off/locking applications only lock the phone...with 2.3.4 no such issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...I am wanting to use Froyo because of the great battery life.

actually m not able to close mine in portrait mode but it in landscape there seems to be no probs!! so i guess whether there is a problem with my touchscreen just a few millimeters above the capacitive buttons!!

on this froyo, on previous eclair, on CM7, on MiUi, on DEFY+ leaked rom..

you mean we could close notification panel with BACK button right?
or do you mean we could close it by swipe the bottom side to the top?
but, both is working.

i have that annoying lcd touchscreen problem too when i am using my previous android phone, galaxy 551.
the right side of touchscreen is not sensitive, i cannot easily typing P, L, and press BACKSPACE on virtual qwerty keyboard.

it's better you flash this full SBF,
and then claim your warranty.
don't forget to wipe data and cache first.

After upgrading my Defy to the latest official version available in India, I am no longer able to send/receive files over bluetooth. Headset works fine though.

Any one else have noticed this issue or any solutions for this ?

I too seem too have same issue. But I have updated it. It came with 2.2.2. Is your problem solved?

Having this issue only with Windows 7. I think something to do with the default Bluetooth drivers ... still searching for a solution ...

I noticed this and then found that if I rename the file with .zip extension it works fine. But I am talking about the case that sending files, bluetooth is not even an option unless it has certain extension name.

maybe sdcard problem.. some froyo for defy isnt good enough to handle high class sd card..

use 2gb sd card from defy box and youll see the different..
