Is it possible for us to downgrade back to VRUAMJ1 after updating to mk5? I've had major issues since the update and would also like to get tethering back until someone can figure out a new method.

At this point, we cant do anything. The only thing we can do is xposed mods. I made a stock rooted rom for both versions but cant test til
We get a custom recovery.
With the stock recovery, anything has to be signed by samsung to flash.
I'm in the same boat with wifi tethering, but pda net works with usb.
Hopefully someone with porting knowledge can help us soon.
I tried online Cwm recovery builder, but no luck

If you are referring to this update, It is still 4.2.2 not 4.3
They claim it was 4.3 but it's not.
Yes I can confirm it works on this update as well.

hi Chris, glad it worked for you. I'm trying to figure out what you did differently. How long were you stuck on the screen that says, "Sending files to your device..."
