Yes, I'm using an ancient phone but it serves my purpose. Basic calling and text messaging.
On with the show........
I got a new (to me) Samsung SCH-i500 phone to replace my dead SCH-i500. Was able to port service over to the new phone perfectly fine. Upon boot, I signed into my Google account and sync'd my contacts, attached to my wifi network and away I went. But I soon discovered a weird problem. If I turn off my phone and turn it back on, I'm hit with the setup screen again. I need to select 'English' and sign into my Google account again. After doing it a 2nd time, I turned off my phone.... booted it back up and it forgot all my info again. What gives? I'm using the same battery from my old phone (which I bought less than a year ago and it hold a charge perfectly). Why does it keep forgetting all my settings after a reboot?
